This is a 6 hours workshop that will go over 5 advanced forms, 10 upright counters, 4 finishing take-downs, 6 strangling (jujitsu) techniques. This event is open for advanced students (brown-belt, red, or black-belt candidates) from all styles of martial arts. Lunch will be provided.
