Curriculum

Graduate Level: ‡ Phase 2 of the green-belt level will focus on being a well-rounded fighter • Review & In-depth level 1 thru 4 hands/feet movements • 7 katas (formations) • 5 self-defense techniques against a knife or weapon + all previous techniques • 1|1, 2|1, & 3|1 sparring matches • Wood board breaking demonstration

As a Student

As a student, you will be a leader in class, and get selected to be part of a mission in promoting Humility, Respect, Honor & Generosity. Your role as a leader will be championing a behavior that demonstrates humility with others, respect our community, honoring our parents, and simply giving back.
